Castizo event
Branding, Logo & Web Design
September 2020
Brief

The objective of the project was to create:

-
a logo
-
a tailored web to be used before, during and after the event
-
a visual mark to identify people from the same bubble and high-risk attendees.

Web
The web was used as a means of communication between the organisers and the participants. It contained:

-
all the information related to the event;
-
options to confirm the attendance
-
a forum with information about the environment and Madrilenian traditions and to interact, to warm the audience up;
-
access to the streaming for those unable to attend;
-
the option to share pictures without uploading to other social networks
-
all the content in Spanish and English

Logo
I designed the main image for the event, based on the main accessories of the male and female chulapo dress.

Group badges
All the chulapos and chulapas wear a carnation in their dress. In particular, men carry them in their lapel.

For the event, I prepared badges with carnations, where the colour of the flower indicated the belonging bubble.

People at high risk had a badge with a mask instead, but with the same colour coding system.
